Rental Management

Changeover service, from $ 130 CAD all inclusive for a one-bedroom apartment, including:

• Cleaning throughout
• Laundry
• Meet & greet
• Late check in fee: $ 20 CAD after 8pm – $ 30 CAD after 10pm (paid by guests)

Property Management

• Property checking                                                                              $30 CAD per visit
• Syndic meeting (homeowners’ association)                                $90 CAD for 2 hours
