We are a family business (SCC Investments) incorporated in Quebec. We come with more than ten years experience managing our own properties with great satisfaction from tenants. Seeing the trust, good reviews, and great feedback that customers gave, we were often asked for help to manage friend’s properties.

Our fees
We work with you to meet both your requirements and your budget. Our quotes contain no hidden extras, we charge no commission on your rentals, and we provide excellent value for money. Here are our fees:
Rental Management
Changeover service, from $ 130 CAD all inclusive for a one-bedroom apartment, including:
- Cleaning throughout
- Laundry
- Meet & greet
- Late check in fee: $ 20 CAD after 8pm – $ 30 CAD after 10pm (paid by guests)
Property Management
- Property checking $30 CAD per visit
- Syndic meeting (homeowners’ association) $90 CAD for 2 hours
- Meeting Furniture delivery On quotation
- Arranging delivery/repairs of appliances On quotation
- Keyholding On quotation
- Handyman On quotation
Renovation & maintenance
We have a team of contractors who quote and charge directly for renovation and maintenance; we’re happy to provide project management and supervision by arrangement.
